Refund Policy

Steezyanime offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, contact us at support@steezyanime.com.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@steezyanime.com so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products (including special orders and personalized items)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once approved), then place a new order for the desired product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
